What brings me Joy

  1. Having conversations past midnight.
  2. Watching kdramas that make me feel all of the emotions
  3. Traveling.
  4. Roadtrips. (and driving).
  5. Laughing until my stomach hurts.
  6. When someone is listening to me speak.
  7. When I go out of the bathroom and my feet touch my fav rug.
  8. The shadows the light that comes through the window make.
  9. When I hit publish on somethings that kind of makes me excited and afraid at the same time.
  10. Doing things that make me feel excited and afraid at the same time (like speaking first for example).
  11. Learning new things.
  12. Reading a good fiction/fantasy/romance book (better if it has everything together).
  13. Recording my podcast.
  14. Trying new things.
  15. Making people laugh.
  16. Entertain people. (for a little while).
  17. Telling stories. (with sazoncito).
  18. Riding a bike.
  19. Floating on the water.
  20. Stargazing.
  21. Learning more about myself.
  22. Philosophy.
  23. Art.
  24. Artists.
  25. Going to the movies.
  26. Being in nature.
  27. Time alone.
  28. Dancing.
  29. Exploring the bookshelves of a library.
  30. Passing my fingers through a page after I have written on it.
  31. Taking pictures.
  32. Having a realization and then telling everyone about it.
  33. The feeling of: Lesson learned… just to realize later that it was a tiny part of it. That is not a lesson but a whole module with different chapters and levels, and I just pass one or two chapters…
  34. When I dare to have the uncomfortable conversation.
  35. Quitting something I have been tolerating but now wanting anymore.
  36. The feeling of accomplishing something hard. (That I thought it was going to kill me, but didn’t).
  37. When someone writes to me and tells me that they listened to my podcast and felt I was speaking to them.
  38. When someone reads what I wrote and tell me that I put into words something they felt but couldn’t express.
  39. Teaching people all the things that I’m learning… human design, astrology, this new tool, podcast, book…
  40. Inspiring and catalyzing people to take action.
  41. The world I imagine,

  48. Seeing things from the top of the mountain.
  49. The sounds of nature… breeze, rain, birds, the ocean…
  50. Dancing in the rain.
  51. Doing things that I read on a book. (Like going to a place mentioned… point 0 in Paris for example).
  52. Daydream.
  53. When something I was working on turnes nothing like I expected but so much better that I could imagine.
  54. When I get a good night of sleep.
  55. Being the coolest person I know (when I’m living my courageous life instead of the scared/boring one).
  56. When I fit into a size less than I was before.
  57. Watching old photos.
  58. Going to the house where I grew up.
  59. Listening to music that brings out the nostalgic, sad feelings… also the magic and wonder.
  60. Rainbows.
  61. Buying a new book.
  62. Wearing dresses or skirts.
  63. Wearing things on my head… flowers, chains, hats…
  64. Having braids on my hair.
  65. Painting my nails a different color.
  66. Taking photos of myself.
  67. Caressing my dog.
